Daniel Heder, DVM

Dr. Heder graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987.  Shortly after graduating, he served a one-year internship at Cornell University before returning to UW for one year of radiology residency training.

Over the past 30 years Dr. Heder has practiced general medicine and surgery while he developed ultrasound imaging expertise over thousands of imaging cases. As a general practitioner, he understands the challenges associated with providing advanced imaging to veterinary patients. Dr. Heder formed Lakeland Veterinary Imaging, LLC to help pet owners and veterinary professionals meet these challenges.

Dr. Heder is enjoying retirement from clinical practice and lives in Wisconsin's northwoods with his wife Deb, dog (Willie) and two cats (Virgil and Sebastian).

Brianne Miller, DVM

Dr. Miller graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 as the school's first legacy student, following in the footsteps of her father (Dr. Heder).  She earned a Certificate in Small Animal Ultrasound from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary - Medicine Executive Veterinary Program in 2015. 

In addition to providing advanced diagnostic imaging since graduation, she has also practiced in both small animal general practice and emergency/multi-specialty hospitals in the Midwest and the Allegheny Plateau (Pittsburgh, PA and northern West Virginia).  Dr. Miller excitedly rejoined the team at Lakeland Veterinary Imaging in early 2021.

Dr. Miller currently lives in Northeast Wisconsin with her husband Dan, three children, two dogs (Marais and Vern) and two cats (Louie and Tish).

Kelly Jo Van Dreel, CVT

Kelly Jo earned her degree in Veterinary Technology and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2015.  Prior to graduation she was hired on at a 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Hospital where she has primarily worked for the first 7 years of her career as both a CVT and Technical Trainer.  Kelly Jo joined Lakeland Veterinary Imaging in the fall of 2021 and has embraced the transition away from emergency medicine.

Kelly Jo currently lives in Green Bay with her husband Jeremy, dog (June), and two cats (Axl Rose and Elvira). Along with her adventurous and fun family, she is an avid Packers fan, loves ice fishing and winter activities, and many summer activities including camping, tubing and paddle boarding.  Her favorite time spent is with her family and friends.
